I just want to quote the message Ethrendil posted on nov 15. He wrote somthing very intresting about the mirc channel #battlefield1942 on the EFnet server:
Use MiRC, connect to EFnet, channel #battlefield1942, then type !battle and you'll get a list of all active cracked battlefield 1942, Road to Rome, and Secret Weapons, Desert Combat. Enjoy.
It really works, currently there are 32 servers up and running! All listed with current game (WW2, DC, bf1942) players, map, cpuspeed and so on...

Don't remember... use mIRC and it'll fix it for you. Havn't been to #battlefield1942 in a long time. I hope the channel is still there. Good luck!
